Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS) sebagai institusi keamanan dunia dalam menyelesaikan sengketa maritim, dengan studi kasus M/V Saiga (Saint Vincent and the Grenadines v. Guinea, 1997-1999).
