TANTANGAN KOMUNITAS MUSLIM DI INGGRIS PASCA GERAKAN BRITISH EXIT (BREXIT)

Artikel ini membahas tantangan dan dinamika yang dihadapi oleh komunitas Muslim di Inggris setelah terjadinya gerakan British Exit (Brexit). Implikasi Brexit terhadap komunitas Muslim menjadi hal yang sangat relevan dan penting untuk diteliti. Dalam kajian ini, penulis menganalisis tantangan yang dihadapi oleh komunitas Muslim di Inggris pasca referendum Brexit dalam beberapa aspek utama. Pertama, penulis memeriksa retorika politik yang terkait dengan Brexit dan bagaimana hal itu dapat mempengaruhi persepsi dan sikap terhadap Muslim di masyarakat. Kedua, penulis mengevaluasi perubahan dinamika imigrasi Muslim di Inggris dan tantangannya terhadap kondisi komunitas Muslim di Inggris. Dalam mengumpulkan data-data yang diperlukan pada artikel ini, penulis melakukan studi literatur dengan menggunakan Harzing, Google Scholar, Taylor & Francis, dan sumber-sumber jurnal lainnya serta kanal-kanal website yang terpercaya. Metode Analisa data dalam artikel ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif, dimana analisis model ini berkaitan dengan data yang berbentuk kata atau kalimat yang dihasilkan dari obyek penelitian serta berkaitan dengan kejadian yang melingkupi sebuah obyek penelitian. Temuan utama penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Brexit telah memberikan tantangan dan dinamika baru bagi komunitas Muslim di Inggris. Retorika politik yang terkait dengan Brexit telah meningkatkan angka tentang intoleransi dan diskriminasi terhadap Muslim di masyarakat. Selain itu, perubahan kebijakan imigrasi yang terjadi setelah Brexit berdampak negatif terhadap akses dan stigma imigran Muslim.
